Lead the establishment and maintenance of the company’s health and safety environment system with the goal of zero harm, and ensure the system compliance with regulatory requirements

o 推进并监督公司安全管理体系改进计划的实施；

Drive and supervise the implementation of the company’s safety management system improvement plan.

o 开展合规性辨识工作，并依法依规开展各项检查、监测；

o   conduct compliance identification, and conduct inspection and monitoring in accordance with laws and regulations推进公司各部门开展安全健康环境的风险辨识，控制，以及持续改进；

Drive safety, environment and health. risk identification, control and continuous improvement in all departments of the company

o 定期组织应急演练，开展应急演练评价和预案修订工作；

Organize and assess emergency drill periodically, and carry out emergency drill evaluation and plan revision

o 制定公司培训计划，并依照计划开展覆盖全公司的安全培训工作；

Implement safety training plan which covers all departments and employees, conduct training follow the plan.

o 开展事故调查工作，分析事故原因，制定改进措施并监督执行情况，并推动全员参与的安全观察工作；

Conduct the investigation of accident and complete investigation report. Lead Total Involvement safety observation work.

o 制定检查审核计划，组织安全检查及EHS体系内审；

Implement inspection and audit plan, lead the safety inspection and EHS system inner audit.

o 完成经管会交办的其他工作；

Any other assignments defined by BoM.

o 大学健康安全环保或相关工科学位

o 5年以上EHS相关工作经验

5+ years relevant working experience in EHS management 

Bachelor degree in EHS or related Engineering
