Overview of the role岗位概述
- The Senior IT Project Manager is tasked with ensuring that all projects produced by Fabernovel are delivered on time, on budget and to a level of quality that exceeds our clients’ expectations.
- This client-facing role is extremely hands-on and although there will be input from the production team, you will be responsible for managing our agency partners, clients and their projects independently, and successfully over-delivering against their expectations.

Key responsibilities岗位职责
- Manage Client’s requests and relationship on a daily basis；
- Write specification documents (both functional & technical) based on the client’s requirements；
- Digital project planning including production timeline development & management；
- Manage and coordinate multiple digital projects to ensure they are completed as specified in the specification document, on time and on budget;
- Facilitate and encourage collaboration across strategists, creative and production teams across the duration of the project；
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants QA, Testing and ensuring the delivery and the quality control；
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes
- Budget oversight & billings management including: Invoicing/Estimate management；
- Time tracking and profitability follow up
- Assist to provide guidance and trainings to Junior PMs

- 协助为初级产品经理提供指导和培训。
Required Skills and Experience任职要求
- 3 to 5 years of experience minimum in a similar position；
- Chinese native speaker mandatory and proficient English level is required for the job；
- Previous IT / Tech agency experience is essential；
- Good technical level (a former developer would be a plus but not required)
- Able to read and understand the API documentations and familiar with the relevant tool such as Postman, Insomnia or Swagger to quickly identify the API issues or specify the API requests
- Able to write technical documentations autonomously with the minimal supports from the development team
- Client facing management & presentation skills and excellent oral and written communication skills；
- Strong organizational, team management, project management, time management and self-management skills；
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, completing projects within budget, stakeholder management skills and experienced managing teams in a matrix environment；
- Strong sense of initiative and ability to solve problems and work under pressure；
- Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills；
- Qualitative & quantitative analytical skills；
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role；
- Passionate about the digital field；
- Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office products ( Excel, Word and Powerpoint)；
- 至少 3 到 5 年类似职位的工作经验；
- 工作要求以中文为母语且英语熟练；
- 有 IT/Tech 代理经验者优先；
- 良好的技术水平（前开发人员将是一个加分但不是必需的）；
- 能够阅读和理解 API 文档，熟悉 Postman、Insomnia 或 Swagger 等相关工具，快速识别 API 问题或指定 API 请求；
- 能够在最少的开发团队支持下自主编写技术文档；
- 面向客户的管理和表达能力以及出色的口头和书面沟通能力；
