1) Education Plan and execute seasonal trainings and all field programs according to MKT calendar strategy in order to ensure field sales (Beauty Advisors & generics sales staff) are confident to achieve desired result Educate field sales team of product knowledge and selling behaviors to enable them to consistently achieve Sales and Services Expectations Provide basic training to different retailers aligned to their unique needs. Develop virtual selling programs and conduct the workshop on-line & off-line Follow up training result on-line & off-line to ensure the efficiency Assist training program preparation, including set up, material printing and logistics
2) Coaching and Talent Development Act as a role model, set the example and provide direction , support and develop Beauty Advisors to ensure that they have the skills required to successfully achieve brand’s KPIs. Coach and motivate Beauty Advisors based on individual talent and skill to drive sales objectives and brand equity in travel retail environment Ensure consistent grooming standards and in-store sales & services behavior of Beauty Advisors In partnership with sales partners, assess (or appraise) Beauty Advisors skills and evaluate the impact of the training Motivate Beauty Advisors to achieve certification from brand online learning program(e-learning/Clinique Insider). Keep coaching the Virtual Selling Experts to enhance their livestreaming skills Work with 3rd party vendors on livestreaming plan featuring KOLs or celebrities
3) Sales Performance & Productivity Achieve all KPI’s on overall retail growth and increase in AUS/IPT as outlined by ASOM/EM/REM Execute personalized Service mindset according to the brand service guidelines as directed by Education Manager/Regional Education Manager. Provide coaching and feedback to Beauty Advisors and ensure high efficiency in the field. 4) Collaboration and Partnership Collaborate with SEE for education support for sales target Work closely with Education Manager on market focus and align action plans with education objectives and challenges Work closely with local Hainan Team to support the initiatives and efforts of the market
5) Other Tasks & Responsibilities Assist in planning and running of Travel Retail Conferences or education workshops Manage the assigned education budget for the region throughout the season, ensuring an efficient use of funds to support training needs and T&E Provide regular feedback to Education Manager/Regional Education Manager detailing results of markets visits. Complete monthly education reports and submit to Education Manager/Regional Education Manager in a timely fashion. 任职要求: University degree holder preferred Minimum 2 years in a training position and/or having 3 years of experience within the cosmetics or travel retail industry Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup artistry skills is a plus Excellent communication skills in Mandarin (both written and oral) and English (both written and oral) is a plus. Strong presentation and people skills Self-starter and able to motivate others Willingness to travel Flexible, and able to work independently Passionate and influential Microsoft skills (PPT/Word/Excel/Team)
