岗位职责：

· Collaborate with directional drilling development team to develop and manufacture MWD/LWD drilling equipment and achieve objectives.

· 与定向钻井开发团队合作，开发和制造随钻/随钻钻井设备，实现目标。

· Design directional drilling drawings and perform calculations in accordance with the client’s and industry specifications under the direction of the engineering lead

· 在工程负责人的指导下，根据客户和行业规范设计定向钻井机械图纸并进行计算。

· Provide appropriate engineering input and a technical overview to design activities undertaken by design/drafting staff.

· 为设计/起草人员进行的设计活动提供适当的工程输入和技术概述。

· Assist senior engineers and project managers.

· 协助高级工程师和项目经理。

· Interface with other departments, engineers, clients and vendors during all phases of projects to ensure a good working interface.

· 在项目的各个阶段与其他部门、工程师、客户和供应商进行沟通，以确保良好的工作界面。

· Ensure that the deliverables provided to the project are technically accurate, within scope, budget and schedule, suitable for the intended purpose and in compliance with quality procedures and project plans 

· 确保提供给项目的可交付成果在技术上是准确的，在范围、预算和进度范围内，适合预期的目的，并符合质量程序和项目计划。

任职要求：

· Experience in MWD, near at bit system develop and design (Near at bit design experience is preferred)

· 有随钻测量经验，熟悉钻头系统开发和设计(有钻头设计经验者优先)。

· Rich experience and sensitive knowledge of directional drilling industry demand

· 丰富的经验和对定向钻井行业需求的敏感知识。

· Experience assisting project engineering leads and managers in project design and execution to meet client schedules 

· 有协助项目工程主管和经理进行项目设计和执行以满足客户计划的经验。

· Adept at writing technical reports and scopes of work 

· 擅长撰写技术报告和工作范围

· Proficient with Mechanical Design Software (Solidworks), MS Office software and various engineering software programs 

· 熟练使用机械设计软件(Solidworks)、MS Office软件及各种工程软件

· Minimum of 5 years MWD/Oil and gas mechanical manufacturing and design experience is required

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
