1. 负责勘察成果的评审与确定 Appraise the geotechnical survey for engineering design and construction 2. 参与初步设计和施工图设计的审核工作，协调其他专业，提出优化意见 Take part in the preliminary design and review the detail design; coordinate with other professional to propose the optimization design 3. 参与工程项目的招投标工作，审核投标文件中施工方案和落实措施 Involve in the project tendering and bidding; review the construction scheme and measures 4. 负责协调电气设计变更、配合各方及时解决施工过程中出现的问题 In charge of the design variation management; coordinate with others to solve the engineering problems on time 5. 负责电气施工的全面管理，确保项目进度，质量及安全 In charge of the electrical engineering construction management; guarantee the process, quality and safety of the project 6. 组织各单位进行工程验收，质监站备案 Organize the project acceptance work and registration in Quality Supervision Department
Pre-requisites: 任职要求
1. 给排水等相关专业本科或以上学历 Bachelor degree or above in plumbing engineering or relevant 2. 具备5年以上工程施工管理工作经验或设计经验 Over 5-year working experience on engineering project management or design management 3. 熟悉国家和地方的有关规范和技术标准 Familiar with relevant national standard and local code 4. 具备良好的协调、沟通能力 Good communication and coordination skill 5. 对BIM建模软件有一定的了解和应用 Certain acknowledge and application ability on BIM technology 6. 良好的英语书面及口语能力 Good in both written and spoken English 7. 具备工程高级技术职称或注册给排水工程师证书或咨询工程师证书者优先考虑 Preferred candidate who holds Senior Engineer Certificate, or Registered Plumbing Engineer Certificate or Registered Consultant Certificate 8. 善于沟通，工作积极主动具创新意识；富团队合作精神。 Strong communication; positive attitude in work with innovation ability; strong team work
