具体工作内容 CONTENT & SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES OF THE JOB
(1) 对区域经理负责，组织本区域的生产并协调整个生产流程的均衡性和不断改进生产周期。
To hold commitment to his Section manager and organize production in such a way to achieve balanced flow and adjust batch priority to achieve an ever-improving cycle time.
(2) 检查和督促操作工严格按照工艺规程、操作规程进行生产，管理整个团队。
To keep operator instruction are strictly followed SOP. Manage the operator team as a supervisor.
(3) 合理安排员工就餐时的生产。
To make good arrangement of production at meal time.
(4) 有关生产数据的日统计。
Make daily statistic of production status .
(5) 执行交接班制度，保证各种信息畅通。
To conduct shift succeeding system so as to keep information open
(6) 完成领导交办的其他临时任务。
To accomplish temporary task be given by superior.
所需教育水平及技能 EDUCATION & EXPERTISE REQUIRED
(1) 具有大学本科以上学历，自动化、工业工程相关专业。
B.S degree, or high school (or professional high school) plus at least three years semiconductor industry experience
(2) 有一定英语和电脑基础。
Be equipped with fundamental English and computer skill. (3) 2-5年把半导体晶圆制造经验优先。
