业务为医药行业净化工程销售
Responsibilities 主要工作:
1.Sales and promotion of the followed products and services: mainly for life science, fast moving consumer goods, and other related industrials, including the turnkey modular facility (or key manufacturing facilities built by other ways, such as pre-engineering building), utility modules (e-house, chiller station), modular NAT Lab/fever clinic CT room/isolation-cabin, and front end engineering design & project management related to the above turnkey projects.
主要负责销售以下产品和服务:以制药、生物制药、快消等相关行业为主的模块化厂房(以及由此延伸出的其他预制化形式交付的核心厂房)、公用工程模块(E-HOUSE,冷冻站等)、医疗检疫设施(核酸检测室、发热门诊CT室、隔离舱等),及对应以上厂房/系统的前端设计和项目管理等产品和服务;
2.Maintain the existing clients assigned by the employer, and develop new clients (mainly focus on life-science, FMCG, fine chemicals, and etc.).
维系公司现有的分配客户,并开发新客户(主要是生命科学、日化、精细化工等其他相关行业);
3.For each client, leading the business development, and in charge of commercial communication, including project information collection, project assessment, project bidding, bidding follow up, up to project contractual settle down, as well as internal project alignment and payment.
对于每个客户,负责业务的拓展,以及主导商务的交流,包括项目信息收集及评估,项目跟进,项目投标,投标跟进,直至项目的合同签订,内部项目交接,及过程收款控制等;
4.Client relationship maintenance, and effectively participate in their any new projects, and efficiently promote company suitable products and services, or new products.
客户关系维护,有效地及时参与到客户新项目中,并动态向客户推广公司产品和服务;
5.Participates in exhibitions, seminars and industrial conferences.
参加市场展会、研讨会和行业相关峰会;
6.Maintain records of sales activity timely and submit sales reports.
对销售项目及时进行登记,并定期提交销售报告。
Job Requirement 任职要求:
1.Bio-Engineering, pharmaceutical, chemical engineering, architecture, HVAC, or relevant engineering major and background, bachelor or higher education.
制药、生物工程、化学工程、建筑、暖通或相关工程专业或背景,本科或以上学历;
2.An understanding of production process, mechanical manufacturing processes, construction methods, engineering design and commissioning & validation procedure, will be preferred.
了解产品生产工艺、机械制造流程、建筑施工、工程设计、调试和验证流程等相关内容和知识者优先;
3.Strong team spirit, good coordination capabilities, and capable to solve complicated problems.
较强的团队工作,和协调工作能力,及处理复杂问题的能力;
4.Speak Chinese and English fluently, and strong reading and writing abilities, and good communication capabilities for both internal and external.
流利地使用中英文,好的中英文书面表达能力;以及良好地对外和公司内部的沟通交流能力;
5.5 years or above sales & marketing work experience in the above mentioned industrials.
在以上提及的相关行业,5年以上销售和市场工作经验;
6.Meeting the travel requirement
适应经常出差的要求;
7.Good Skill on work software, experienced or familiar with CAD, SAP, Microsoft tools, and etc.
熟练使用办公软件,使用过或熟悉CAD, SAP等软件。
