Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Management Responsibilities 61 Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offering 61 Ensure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process 61 Set and manage client expectations deliverables and timeframes 2. Project Management Responsibilities 61 Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc) and external (Clients and agencies) where necessary to ensure things get done 61 Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIs 61 Provide administrative support to team as required 3. Quality Control 61 Act as a brand/QC guardian - always ensure brand guidelines and QC checklists and procedures are followed 61 Ensure the best external talent is always used - freelancers, translators, proofreaders, copywriters, planners where necessary (liaise with relevant dept. heads and ensure they pass relevant tests)
Job Requirements: 61 3-5 years managing and servicing international accounts 61 Experience working in TV, Digital and/or Print production 61 Strong time management/prioritization skills 61 Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure 61 Must possess excellent written & verbal skills in English 61 Highly organized, detail oriented, client focused and proactive
