Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and deliver small, medium or large-scale projects team Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the project Ensure quality reviews occur on schedule and per procedure to ensure KPIs are met Set and monitor project variables (cost, effort, scope etc.) against the project plan to implement corrective or preventative actions Manage change and ensure that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off Provide effective leadership to the project team, and take appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances Understand the relationship between own specialism and wider customer/organizational requirements Lead project team resources to deliver and support projects and programs. Monitor progress against agreed timelines and quality Facilitate effective working relationships between team members Ensure availability of the project cost status. Apply appropriate methods for project controlling e.g. risk analysis, simulation calculations, target/ actual comparison Lead, mentor and coach own team and provide feedback on daily operations to ensure efficient reflection on behavior and deliveries Accountable for performance reviews and identifying development needs of assigned teams

Bachelor's degree at least 5+ years of experience in project management Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project Strong communication skills Experience working with a team Self-motivated and high level of influencing skills Capability to simplify complex matters and provide options
