一、订单管理 Order Management 1、带领团队管理采购订单,确保供应商及时交付产品,避免由于交付延迟影响公司项目进度; 1. Managing purchase order, by leading whole purchase team, to secure on time delivery. 2、对物料采购成本负责,在保证品质的情况下不断降低成本,寻求最优性价比。 2. Responsible for the oveall purchasing cost, keep working on lower the total cost without compromising on quality 二、供应商管理 Supplier management 1、负责供应商的开发及谈判,严控产品质量,基于技术规格、价格、质量等核心要素,进行产品的甄选和渠道的建立; 1. Responsible for the new supplier development and negotiation. Select the right product and set up supply chain accrodingly, based on techinics, price, quality, etc. 2、建立完善的供应商管理制度和相关管理办法,优化供应商管理的工作标准和流程。 2. Set up complete supplier management system and way of working, optimizing working standard and process. 三、团队管理 Team management 1、负责采购团队的日常管理工作,部门员工的管理,指导,培训和评估; 1. Responsible for daily work of whole purchase team, providing management, coaching, training and evaluating. 2、负责搭建优化操作流程,优化系统。 2. Build up optimized process and system.
任职要求: Competence 1、本科及以上学历,采购,供应链,产品管理,物流管理等相关专业; 1.Bachelor and above. Major in purchase, supply chain, product management, logistic management, etc. 2、五年以上采购经验,2年以上采购团队管理经验; 2. Over 5 years purchasing experience, over 2 years management experience of leading purchase team 3、具备良好部门内和跨部门的组织协调能力和统筹管理能力,以及良好的谈判、人际沟通能力; 3. Good skill on cross department communication and management skill, communication skill 4、具有良好的职业道德操守,较强的逻辑思维能力及优秀的谈判技巧。 4. Good ethics, strong logical thinking and negotiation skill.
