职位描述
The Segment Sales Manager will execute development activities and enhance sales coverage for an assigned sales territory in cooperating with the internal TSE, Segment Marketing, Application Engineer to drive key initiatives for the growth in Semiconductor Segment.
Please kindly note this position is an individual contribution job.


Essential Function
1. Responsible for overall sales activity in the semiconductor segment.
2. Managing and expanding existing sales pipelines in cooperating with the regional sales team
3. Develop new business and build solid pipelines
4. Identify sales growth opportunities, set yearly sales targets based on the agreed strategy
5. New customer acquisition by fully aware of customer’s needs, product value proposition, and competition, dealing with commercial T&Cs
6. Key account management, identify the winning strategy, and execute with detailed actions
7. Establish Network across industries, customers, machine builders, and other OEM partners
8. Periodically review with customers; this includes Competitor activity and pricing to ensure that company is positioned firmly for success.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Strong selling skills and abilities; from prospecting to closing sales
2. Technical Understanding of motion control products and customer applications
3. Able to communicate with people at all levels of an organization;
4. Good written and verbal communication in English
5. Strong business sense and industry expertise


Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, from an accredited college or university
2. 8-10 years of successful experience in China sales & marketing position with a demonstrated track record of success
3. Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
4. Familiarity with the semiconductor industry is preferred
5. Good verbal and written communication in English
6. Strategic selling skills, ability to identify promising opportunities
7. Independent self-starter & ability to travel within China region
8. Well-developed interpersonal skills; able to build relationships quickly
