Key Responsibilities: -Setting up yearly audit plan and auditing suppliers and co-packers accordingly -Issuing audit report to supplier and co-packers and following up corrective/preventive actions for the nonconformities found during audit ,ensuring all of nonconformities are closed in time -Dealing with customer complaints together with suppliers and co-packers and asking for root cause analysis and corrective actions implementation -Helping suppliers and co-packers improve quality management level systematically and continuously based on performance control and analysis -Evaluating and approving the change, testing methods, process schemes from suppliers and co-packers -Taking part in the confirmation of the samples submitted by suppliers and co-packers, as well as the trial production -Working closely with suppliers and co-packers to solve any quality issues rapidly Job Requirements: - -Bachelor degree in food, chemical or microbiology,Above 3 years supplier or co-packer quality management experience - Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO22000/HACCP/Halal etc. (with internal auditor certificate) - Familiar with quality control and analysis tools - Excellent problem analyzing and solving ability - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Open-minded with acute insight - Acceptable for business trip
