一、职位概述（Job Summary）
负责产品的测试工程。
Responsibility for test engineering.

二、职责（Responsibilities）
1. 在产品设计中，提出功能和性能测试的特殊要求，依据产品的SPEC和设计报告，提出测试条件，保证测试的覆盖率。
During product design, propose special demand for function and performance testing. Define test condition basing on product specification and design report to guarantee test coverage.
2. 在新产品开发中，选取合适的测试机台，完成中测和成测试的软硬件开发工作，完成流程规定correlation，将验证过的软硬件释放到量产。
During the new product development, select suitable tester platform, prepare the SW/HW, complete the specific correlation and release the SW/HW to mass production.
3. 负责新项目中测和成测的工程测试工作以及小批量试产测试工作。
Be in charge of the testing of engineering wafer ， SWR(engineering sample) and PPR
(Pre-production release)
4. 运用合理的测试技术和方法，节约测试时间和经费，提高效率。
Use reasonable test technique and method to save test time and expense and improve efficiency.
5. 制定适当的工作计划，按时完成项目开发测试任务。
Make proper work plan to complete the testing task for project development on schedule.
6. 按时完成周报及各种分析报告。
Summarize weekly report and various analysis reports on time.

三、任职资格（Qualifications）
1. 本科或以上学历，微电子等相关专业。需要两年以上工作经验。
Bachelor degree or above. need above two years work experience.
2. 有模拟IC测试方面经验优先。
Work experience on analog IC test is better.
3. 良好的英语能力，能熟练使用Office软件。良好的协调沟通能力及团队精神。
Good English ability, familiar with office software. Good communicate skill and team spirit.
Knowledge of APQP、FMEA、SPC、PPAP、MSA tools is plus.
