外贸单证专员--职位要求 ：

Order and shipping Coordinator Position Requirement :

--Good in International trade English both in reading and writing

--Good Knowledge of foreign trade, exporting terms , Customs regulations

--Good Knowledge of international logistics and purchasing

--Perfect office software skill

--Detail and self-driven oriented

--Supper honesty and high sense of responsibility



Order and shipping- Coordinator Major responsibilities :

--Recording in-coming orders, create PI to confirm sales orders, contact QC for inspection

--Can create purchase order for suppliers

--Coordinating with factory, confirming ship date , container loading plan etc...

--Making exportation document (packing list, invoice, CO etc...) for customs clearance for customers at destination



外贸单证专员----职位要求

--良好的外贸英语阅读和写作能力

--熟悉国际贸易的流程，报关出口的相关流程

--了解国际物流和采购知识

--熟悉办公软件


--良好的职业道德

--工作仔细认真，自觉，责任心强，诚实可靠



外贸单证专员主要职责

--记录新订单，给客户创建PI确认进来的销售订单；跟踪货物的生产进度；联系QC验货。

--根据新来的订单，提前订舱，订柜。

--协调工厂，确认发货日期，集装箱配载计划，按SO日期通知工厂出货，装柜。

--做出口清关文件（如箱单和发票）

--同货代沟通，寻求空运，快递，海运报价，安排订舱，指导工厂装柜运输到各国客户指定地点。

--与采购，质检和财务部门协调工作
