Sourcing
Main Responsibility:
? Mainly responsible for achieve annual goals for indoor/outdoor furniture purchase.
? Responsible for searching suitable (new) suppliers and products based on customer’s requests
? Responsible for provide customers with all the necessary information which enables them to make order decisions
? Administer incoming samples from vendors and outgoing samples
? Work with vendors and QA to ensure sample seals are kept on-track
? Develop and maintain good communication and collaboration with Quality Assurance to ensure effective project delivery.
? Responsible for ensure on time shipment of the right goods, including all the necessary production
? Update project trackers to ensure progress is accurately recorded and reported
? Responsible for maintaining close supplier relationship, conducting supplier evaluation and developing to long-term partners according to the requirements


Requirements:
? Above 8 years working experience in European buying office or trading company for Indoor/Outdoor furniture
? Ability to plan, organize and prioritize with good time management skills
? Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, is a must
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
