岗位职责: 1. Support customer via hotline, email, remote service, iCorr OS platform to solve machine problems. 通过服务热线、邮件、远程服务、智能物联网平台等给客户提供支持,解决设备问题 2. Service intervention support and coordination (manpower, technical solution, parts etc.). 服务协调(人力、技术、零件等) 3. Troubleshooting and maintenance of corrugated machines at customer site 在客户处维修维护瓦楞机械设备 4. Advising / recommendation on spare parts, maintenance and other service products to customer. 给客户提供备件,维护或其他服务产品的建议或意见 5. Train customer regarding operation, maintenance and spare parts knowledge. 培训客户操作,维护设备以及相关的备件知识 6. Support BHS internal staff on service daily business, such as spare parts issue, machine problem advice, upgrade and so on. 支持BHS内部员工的日常工作,例如:备件信息,解决机 器问题的建议,升级等。 7. Customer open issues tracking and reporting 客户问题点的跟踪和报告 8. Prepare report according to department regulations. 根据部门规定撰写相应报告 9. Maintain customer relationship 维护客户关系 10. iCorr OS developing and operation with relevant department together; 与相关部门一起发展iCorr OS。 11. Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor 完成上级安排的其他任务和工作
任职资格: 1. Electrical engineering background, college above. 电气工程学背景,大专以上学历 2. 3 years above field experience of on-site installation/maintenance/troubleshooting to heavy duty machines in multi-national company. 3年以上现场维修维护重型机械的经验 3. Be able to work under pressure, committed, dedicated and conscientious。 能够在压力下工作,忠诚,敬业,有责任心 4. Willing to travel 愿意经常出差 5. Being able to work shifts. 能接受倒班工作 6. Good communication skills. 良好的沟通能力 7. Good English spoken and written. 具备英文读写能力 8. Open mind and team work. 思维活跃且具有团队意识 9. Obey 5S rules during work. 遵循5S规范作业
