JD
1. Liaise with HO Merchandiser to expedite receipt of all required order process items such as PO, LC, final Tech File, Patterns, Trim Cards, etc.
与总部联系,跟踪所有订单所需文件,例如PO,LC,技术资料,版,辅料等等
2. Prepare appropriate "follow up chart" to make sure steps of submission, approval, testing etc are planned ahead of time.
利用跟单进度表,确保每一步的提交,确认,测试等时间节点在计划内完成
3. Inform supplier to make sure he knows exactly what steps and submissions are required, and when they must be executed. Manage the inline process and make sure vendor is informed of any improvements to be made.
跟供应商保持联络,确保每一步的提交是符合要求的,并确保在时间节点前完成。组织中期验货,并确保供应商对相关验货中提出的改善完成到位
4. Organize the final AQL date, and immediately inform Merchandiser of any irregularity or re-inspection.
组织尾查,并将相关结果及时通知总部买手
5. Check carefully any submissions made to buyer of samples, trims, fabrics etc., in order to avoid wasting time by sending unacceptable items.
仔细检查提交给买手的样品,辅料,面料等,确保寄出的东西是符合要求的从而避免浪费时间
6. Troubleshoot the whole process in order to minimize delays and find quick solutions.
在整个跟单过程中及时发现问题,找到最快的解决方法来避免交期延迟
7. Assistant manager for some department administration task.
协助经理做一些部门相关的协助工作
Qualifications
1. More than 1 Years experiences in the garment industry, outstanding graduating colleges is acceptable.
一年以上服装跟单方面工作经验,优秀应届毕业生可考虑
2. College degree and major in international trade or clothing.
服装或者外贸方面大专以上学历
3. With good spirit of teamwork and positive work attitude.
具有良好的团队协作精神和积极的工作态度
4. With High sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
具有责任心和上进心
5. Thorough written and spoken knowledge in English.
熟练的英语书面和沟通能力
6. Excellent organizational skills. Must be detail oriented.
