负责公司GMP相关的包装，仓储物流和采购等营运工作，主要工作职责：
Be in charge of GMP related operation including purchasing, packaging, warehousing/logistics, etc. Key responsibilities include:
1. 负责日常营运工作，确保营运的开展符合质量和既定流程的要求。
Be responsible for day-to-day operation, ensures that operation is carried out in full compliance with quality requirements and defined standards and processes.
2. 推动营运的持续改进，不断提高营运质量，效率和客户满意度。
Drives continuous improvement of the operation for better quality, efficiency and customer satisfactions.
3. 支持公司新业务，对新业务进行营运评估，制定相应操作流程。
Supports new business introduction. Provides operation evaluation and establishes new processes for new businesses.
4. 组织建设营运团队，提供培训，关注员工职业发展。
Ensures proper staffing of the operation, grows the team by providing training and career development programs.
5. 负责厂房和相关设施设备的维护，确保达到良好的营运状态，符合公司质量要求。
Be responsible for maintaining the facility and equipment in good status of operational readiness and in compliance with quality standards.
6. 开发和管理营运相关供应商，建立良好合作关系，推动供应商运作的持续改进。
Develops and qualifies operation related suppliers, well manages supplier relationship and drives continuous improvement of supplier performance.
7. 代表营运部参加各类质量审计
Participates in quality audits representing the operation department
8. 负责营运相关质量问题的调查。
Leads investigations and corrective actions for all operation quality deviations and non-conformances
9. 负责公司的EHS管理，确保公司有一个安全，健康的工作环境
Ensures a safe, healthy working environment by implementing an excellent EHS management system.
岗位要求：
Job requirements:
1. 本科或以上毕业于医药，物流，工程，营运或其他相关专业
Bachelor degree or above in manufacturing/pharmaceuticals/supply chain/engineering or other relevant disciplines.
2. 10年以上医药相关的包装生产和仓储管理经验，熟悉GMP，GSP等质量管理规范
>10 years working experiences gained in primary packaging and supply chain, preferably in the pharmaceuticals industry. Knowing about GMP and GSP will be definitely an advantage.
3. 熟悉临床供应营运管理者优先考虑
Knowledge and experience of clinical supply operation is highly preferred.
4. 拥有良好的协调能力，领导力，团队合作能力和抗压能力
A good coordinator and operation leader with teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure, result oriented
5. 拥有良好的结果导向和客户导向的工作思维方式
Good mindset of result oriented & customer focused
6. 良好的英文书面和口语能力
Excellent written and verbal English skills
7. 熟悉ERP的基本营运功能和操作
Familiar with ERP operation function and office applications
