Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supplier development and approvals for engine components or systems (based on drawings and/or specifications
- Project management experience, support cost evaluation and support cost optimizing on various products
- Quality issue investigation and failure analyses
- R&D support for new product development
- Support cost-efficient design development
- Support R&D for related specifications
- General supplier development and approval tasks

Requirement:
- Open, flexible, willing to work within multiple roles by his initiative
- Good communication skills in English in a global environment (fluent oral and in writing)
- Basic skills of project management is necessary
- Team player yet to be able to work independently
- Enjoys working in multicultural environment
- Is used to work structured way and proactively makes things happen.
- Min. 5 years professional experience, preferably machining experience (milling, turning, grinding, superfinishing) in manufacturing enterprise
- Familiar with engineering drawings and technical rules/international standards
- Able to understand and communicate technical product requirement and specifications
- Knowledge and skills in product testing and validation
- Experience in quality control and assurance
- Project management experience preferred
- Marine engine knowledge of advantage
- Bachelor degree in manufacturing technology or equivalent
