Job Responsibilities: 1. Support sales department for customer activities, promotion and acquisition of orders in motor vehicle field. 2. Evaluate special inquiries, new regulation, regulation updates, adjust existing services or develop new service as requested in motor vehicle field. 3. Report to upper management regarding but not limit to issues, observations and suggestions. 4. Provide professional in-house or public training and seminar to external partners and customers. 5. Provide professional training to internal colleagues. 6. Provide training to junior engineers and support other colleagues on qualification and technical knowledge development. 7. Provide support and technical supervising for other engineers. 8. Provide technical support for testing on all items within the laboratory. Ensure the correct implementation of testing and preparing of technical and administrative documentation. 9. Implement and manage all project related activities. Ensure the correct project implementation and document the used service hours. 10. Proper management of the projects handled. Ensure excellent quality, lead-time and customer satisfaction. 11. Ensuring the implementation of company quality system. 12. Implement and ensure application of business line or product line policies and tools. 13. Ensuring effective and efficient communication and cooperation within and cross departments. Job Requirements: List responsibilities and duties jointly undertaken by job holder and separate personnel ? New service development. Qualifications 1. Bachelor (or above) Engineering in vehicle, mechanical, electrical and electronic etc. 2. Strong interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skill. 3. A minimum of 2 years’ working and study experience in automotive related area, the background or experience of cybersecurity is preferred. 4. Strong customer relationship, good market reputation and excellent customer service.
