1、Daily process management, prepare and update processes and equipment SOP ；
2、Supervise production process to ensure stable and consistant production, and propose improvement；
3、Collect, summarize, and analyze production process data, resolve on-site process and technical issues；
4、Manage Production / process changes；
5、As contact person for the of new product introduction (including new materials, new technologies, and new equipment), participate in projects such as process improvement and R&D, coordinate and ensure projects are carried out on schedule, and lead local trial production of new products；
6、Participate in investigation and analysis of quality issues, assist creating implementation of corrective and preventive action.

Requirement:
1、Bachelor's degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering and Technology, 0- 3 years of work experience；
2、Strong team spirit and strong communication skills；
3、Strong hands-on ability and independent problem-solving ability；
4、Fluent in English
