Responsibilities:
1 Support accounting manager on GL and other accounting tasks
2 Handling day to day transactions of billing, payments and staff reimbursements
3 In charge of VAT invoice issuance
4 Support accounting manager to on monthly closing activity, including but not limiting to intercompany transactions, fixed assets and CAPEX, expenses and tax reporting;
5 Ensure payments are processed on a timely manner for all legal entities;
6 Be responsible for validating, reviewing and processing billing requests;
7 Taking charge of VAT invoice issuance;
8 Be responsible for monthly intercompany reconciliation
9 Handling staff T&E
10 Other tasks assigned by accounting manager

Qualification:
1 Bachelor degree, majored in accounting
2 Good team spirit and inter-personal communication skill
3 Skillful to use Office software and accounting systems( SUN and Oracle)
4 Work proactively with responsible attitude and reliable for any assigned work by the company
5 Good Command of English (written and oral)
