Our activities are Sourcing in China and Asia, Purchase, Supply Chain, Quality control, Packaging design and OEM product development. MARJANE GLOBAL SOURCING SHANGHAI is looking for a Procurement Coordinator, who will be key person for head office buyer for sourcing and purchase.
Job responsibilities and duties: - Sourcing of new products and suppliers according to the needs from Head Office buyers - Market survey and product line knowledge development (Visit regularly Trade Fairs, suppliers show rooms, retail stores) - Collection preparation and recommend new items. - Price negotiation and making offer. - Organization of Business Trip and Following Head Office buyers during Selection Trips (Fair, suppliers show room). - Follow Quotation and sampling with suppliers. - Product development (OEM). - Monitor Product Conformity and handle quality issues. - Preparation and Creation PO. - Product Validation (Color, size, shape. Function etc) - Supplier Management. - Ensure PO follow up and delivery on time. - And other Export business duties.
Qualifications: - Autonomous, self-motivated and proactive, - Open mind, flexible and good communication skills. - Strong organization and problem-solving skills. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Sourcing and Purchase of General merchandise Bazar at Foreign Trading Company. - Familiar with whole export business procedure (Sourcing, Product development, PO orders follow up, Shipment and Quality Control) - Strong Negotiation Skills (Price and supplier contract). - Focus on details and quick learner. - Native Chinese, fluently speaking and writing in English and Mandarin. - Able to travel.
