Job Description: 1.根据销售、市场部整体规划,参与实施年度、季度、月度销售活动; Participated in the implementation of annual, quarterly and monthly marketing activities according to the overall planning of sales and marketing department. 2.开拓新客户、推广新产品,管理客户; Develop new customers, promote new products and manage customers. 3.每周、月销售总结、汇报; Weekly and monthly sales summary and report. 4.市场开发,客户沟通及商务谈判; Market development, customer communication and business negotiation. 5. 代理商沟通和管理,协助代理商服务客户。 Distributors communication and management, assist agencies to serve customers. Qualifications: 1.本科及以上学历,2年以上工作经验,理工科背景优先; BSEE or above equivalent technical degree with preference for analog & power semiconductor expertise (>2 years). 2.有电子元器件销售工作经验,熟悉笔电、工业、通讯、汽车等电子终端客户(非手机业务); Sales experience of electronic components, familiar with electronic terminal customers, such as PC/NB, industry, communication, automotive, etc. (Non-mobile business) 3.独立工作能力强,有一定的组织能力,抗压能力和韧性; Strong ability to work independently, with certain organizational ability, pressure resistance and toughness. 4.较好的表达能力和交际能力,良好的团队合作精神; Good presentation and communication skills, good teamwork spirit. 5.有中大型分销商或IC原厂经验优先。 Medium and large distributors or IC manufacturers experience is preferred.
