Objective The objective of the sales is to ensure the overall goals within in the identified business unit are met in cooperation with the techline sales director towards its growth targets. The role is responsible for keep and expand business within the agreed individual business territory.
Main duties and responsibilities:
? Maintain and develop existing and new customers using LINAK’s selling process ? Plan and manage personal business territory according to the agreed strategies ? Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally to develop profitable business ? Technical support to our customers ? Introduction and presentation of new products. ? To fully understand and apply LINAK’s vision of “Lean Sales” ? Be a responsible decision maker
Required skills/capabilities:
? A degree in Mechanical or Electric / Electronic Engineering is preferred ? Have a very high degree of self motivation. ? Speak English and Chinese fluent, oral and written. ? Have min. 2 years experience with customer contact in an engineering industry. ? Be able to establish long term interpersonal relations. ? Have understanding of international business. ? Are a good communicator. ? Be energetic, loyal and structured.
