Responsibility: 1. Understand Quality Systems Regulatory requirements, national and regional legislation and application to the company. 2. Provide oversight for importation/exportation compliance for logistics operations. 3. Develop, document, implement and maintain the quality management system for compliance with GDP, ISO, GXP and relevant quality standard. 4. Perform periodic external/ internal inspection and audit to ensure all activities under storage, cross border transportation and distributions will be meeting GDP quality standard. 5. Manage suppliers and outsourced activities, establish quality procedures, conduct training, assessment, audit and contract review. 6. Conduct risk assessment to identify risk and formulate preventive actions and contingency plan to mitigate/eliminate risk factors in all processes. 7. Handle customer's complaints and conduct deviation investigation, root cause analysis, change controls, work with related stakeholders for CAPA and report compilation. 8. Periodic review on quality management system with senior management and drive for continuous improvement. 9. Organize and conduct training to maintain continuous improvement of GDP and related quality standards. 10. Design, maintain and update all standard operations procedures, training materials and GDP documents. 11. Liaise with all relevant departments and country of the Group to ensure all quality requirement are met.
Requirements & Qualification: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics/ Supply chain/ Business/Quality Management or related discipline 2. Minimum 3 years of management experience in quality assurance /supply chain/logistics 3. Good understanding of import/ export requirements and quality standard of GXP shipment 4. Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with functional areas in China and in other countries 5. Self-motivated, self-disciplined and able to work independently in fast-paced and under pressure 6. Strategic agility, strong critical and logical thinking and ability to analyze problems and problem-solving skills 7. Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills in English, Chinese (Mandarin) 8. Willing to travel to vendor / partner sites (domestic / international) and attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required. 9. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
