TASKS:

? provide advisory support as import & export expert
? central coordination/arrangement of whole sample supply chain
? sample stock management including dynamic adjustment of sample refilling strategy, sample disposal, problem analysis, physical counting, sample tracking report/analysis/follow-up with sales
? warehouse management including layout, equipment, storage, safety compliance, procedure optimization, new warehouse searching/setup
? Lead of logistic projects especially CIP (continuous improvement process) projects
? Optimization of different source and delivery methods
? Evaluation of logistics KPI
? sample request coordination together with Chinese sales team and headquarter Germany
? reselling-goods’ inventory management including stock refilling plan/circulation/analysis/optimization
? close contact with sales, PM, HQ sample team, HQ Logistic team to adjust and react to strategy/market changes
? establish/improve working procedures; localization of procedures


Qualifications:
? University diploma, preferred major in Logistic Management, storage, supply chain management etc. Chemical background as a plus
? >7 years working experience in inventory/supply chain management
? Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, strong ability of independent problem-solving, highly-motivated, detail-focused, self-managed
? fluent in English speaking and writing
