Junior Sales Manager Prospect and develop new customers/accounts from the related markets assigned Responsible for marine customer development, business negotiation, orders, payment collection and other sales work, and achieve personal and team performance targets. Conduct regular customer visits to understand customers’ opportunity potentials and ensure customer retention. Responsible for tracking the delivery status and application status of completed orders of customers, and continuously improving customer satisfaction; Responsible for maintaining the relationship with key customers in the industry, making regular return visits, grasping customer dynamics and digging new product demands of customers. Driving sales growth to meet volume targets set by the management team Responsible for managing customers’ debt with the finance department Generating sales through existing clients and develop new accounts Responsible for collecting industry market information and customer feedback, and putting forward suggestions on industry product integration and marketing.
Job Requirements: 1. 25-35 years old, college degree or above, major in chemical engineering, machinery or shipyard with marine industry background related field is preferred. 2.The 3 years or above marine lubricants experience, or marine product sales experience, familiar with lubricants, ship-owner resources, key account sales/maintenance experience is preferred. 3. Sensitive marine and market awareness, strong ability to analyze and solve problems. 4. Able to work under great pressure, be able to travel actively, have good communication skills, strong negotiation and analysis skills. 5. Strong learning ability, good planning ability, and good sense of teamwork. 6.
