BASIC FUNCTION基本职责 The responsible by assistant Corporate DOE is for the management, audit and support of all the opened hotels. To solicit the energy and material consumption from all the opened hotels. To consolidate all the consumption data and find out the problems by comparison with those of the comparable hotels as well as those of their own collected earlier. To follow up with all the standards and action plans at the corporate level. To keep track of the latest technology and products and put them into use whenever is possible. To carry out the hotel pre-opening site inspections. Fully control the construction progress of the hotel. To always purposely cultivate and develop the engineering talent. 区域工程副总监负责开业酒店的工程项目及改造项目的审计、支持和管理。向酒店工程部收集能源、材料消耗信息,进行综合、分析,向酒店提出改进方向和建议。推行集团统一的各项标准和行动计划,跟踪最新的工程管理的产品和技术并在酒店进行有效的运用。全面掌控筹建酒店的工程进度。参与预开业酒店的检查。培训、培养和发掘有潜力的酒店工程管理人才。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务 1. To carry out the engineering site audit on a yearly basis. To check the repair and maintenance schedule and status of the major equipment and decoration. Provide the audit report for GM and DOE to follow up. 对已开业酒店进行不少于一年一次的现场工程审计,包括工程、装饰的维修、维保状况,遗留问题等。向酒店总经理和工程总监提供审计报告。 2. To solicit and consolidate the energy consumption information from all the opened hotels. To make the comparison hotel by hotel and month by month to figure out room for improvement or to get feedback from the hotel for reasons for deviation. 每月一次收集已开业酒店的能源消耗数据,对所有数据进行整合,进行横向和纵向的比较,指出能源消耗出现的问题,将意见反馈给相关酒店。 3. To conduct the yearly engineering meeting. To organize the meeting and arrange the time, the venue, the participants. To plan the meeting agenda and commendations for outstanding performance. 组织一年一度的工程年会。包括年会的时间、地点、参与的人员确认、会议的进程安排、获奖酒店的表彰等。 4. To keep track of the most advanced technology and devices. To carry out the corporate-wise upgrading of MEP systems, the energy reduction retrofit and training considered necessary. 与酒店重要的设备供应公司保持联系,跟踪最新的技术和设备,实施集团范围的产品升级、节能改造及技术培训。 5. To survey the momentous engineering and safety accidents. To find out the reasons and come up with the rectification schedule. To report to the management and use them as case studies for training. 对已开业酒店的重大工程事故、安全事故等进行调查和原因分析,向集团管理层提供调查报告和改进措施。 6. To help corporate and property HR to recruit the engineering staff. To do everything possible to train, retain and attract engineering talent. To discuss the career plans with the engineering personnel face to face. To boost high standard service consciousness and sense of loyalty among them. 参与酒店工程部人事安排的意见,有计划地培养、发掘酒店的工程管理人才,为酒店工程管理人才提出职业发展计划,提升服务意识和忠诚度。 7. Fully control the construction progress of the hotel. Visit the site as planned, assist the owner to promote the design work and construction progress. Timely provide design proposal review opinions and engineering defects on site, ensure the hotel opening as planned. 全面掌控筹建酒店的工程进度,按计划巡视工地现场,协助业主方推进各项设计工作及施工进度,及时提供各项设计方案审核意见及工地现场的工程缺陷,确保酒店按计划开业。 8. To conduct pre-opening site inspections no less than 2 times. To analyze the property engineering pre-opening monthly report and help resolve some major obstacles. To support and coordinate the pre-opening engineering training and task force. 对预开业的酒店进行不少于两次的开业前检查。分析预开业酒店的工程月报,协助预开业酒店解决重要问题,支持和协助预开业酒店的工程培训和人员支援调动。 9. To give directions to the refurbishment of the engineering and decoration works for the opened hotels. To assess the timeframe, budget and schedule and lower the chance of operational disruptions. 协助已开业酒店的工程和装修改造,评估改造时间、费用及实施措施,提出专业性的指导意见并尽量降低对酒店运营的影响。 10. To always communicate with the corporate technical service staff to act on the design and operational problems so as to constantly improve the technical service quality. 与酒店前期技术服务项目工程师保持密切的联系,随时反馈酒店使用中的设计和运营问题,以便不断提升酒店前期服务的针对性和技术水平。 11. Whenever available or due to the situation, to provide pre-opening technical service for new projects. 协助并参与前期技术服务团队提供对新酒店的前期技术服务。
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求 1. Relevant degree in Engineering or Building related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution. 工程或建筑相关专业。 2. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in hotel engineering management, some years in Project Management is a plus. 至少15年的相关酒店工程管理经验,如果有项目管理经验更好。 3. Strong leadership, decision-making and teamwork abilities. Able to manage and coordinate with the Property Owners, Project Managers and others. 很强的领导力,做事果断,有很好的团队精神。 4. Proficient in the use of computer for word processing, spreadsheet, email, internet, AutoCAD etc. 熟练使用电脑软件word, excel, AutoCAD等 5. Fluent in both spoken and written English is preferred.. 能熟练使用英语进行交通和书写。 6. Understand and master the latest professional knowledge. 了解和掌握最新专业知识。 7. Prepared to travel throughout the region to the locations of the hotel projects. 愿意经常出差。
