Task(s): 工作职责

Work proactively with OEM engineering (R&D) to gather, collect and interpret information and communicate at a professional level with key internal and customer stakeholders.

Utilize CAD data and software tool.

Write and maintain the technical publications (Operator’s manual/Quick guides/Service & Maintenance manual) and create concise illustrations.

Keep close communication with the client to review the developed content to make sure the content is accurate and delivered as scheduled.

Drive the process of content development from authoring, engineering review, editing updates to release.
推动内容开发过程，从创作，工程审查，编辑更新到发布。

Requirement(s): 职位要求
College degree or above. Mechanical design/Manufacturing/Electric are preferred.
大专及以上学历，机械设计与制造，电气，液压等专业。
8+ years’ aftersales service experience as technician and technical information (Service manual, Maintenance manual or technical trainings) authoring experience within Machinery/Agriculture machines. Familiar with the structure, operations and service methods of Agricultural machines.
8年以上机械行业/农用机械行业售后服务工程师经验及技术文档（维修手册、保养手册、备件手册或培训材料）开发经验。并熟悉农用机械构造、原理和维修方法等。
Familiar with one of the 3D CAD tool (Creo illustrate, Composer, Solidworks), XML editing tool (Xmetal, Oxygen), Adobe Illustration tool (AI, PS).
熟悉3D软件之一(Creo illustrate、Composer、Solidworks)、结构化XML编辑工具(Xmetal、Oxygen)、图片绘制工具(AI、PS).
Good knowledge of DITA, S1000D is preferred.
对DITA,S1000D等较好理解者将优先考虑。
Excellent English language skills (CET-6 and above) in both writing and speaking and 3 year+ working experience using English as the working language.
