工作职责（包括但不限于）：
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
1.给地区办公室成本分析和报价;
Arrange quotation and cost analyze for region sales offices.
2.制作销售确认书给地区办公室以及制作采购订单给工厂;
Issue sales confirmation to sales offices and purchase order to supplier factories.
3.准备材料和图纸给客户确认;
Prepare material samples and drawing communicate with client till get approved.
4.生产进度追踪;
Production progress tracking and management.
5.制作出货资料并安排出货;
Shipment arrangement and prepare necessary document.
6.问各个办公室收款计划;
Payment check with sales offices by each payment term point.
7. 客诉处理等;
Deal with after sales issue like quality complain and production maintenance.
8.接待客户工厂参观/检品;
Escort and lead client visit/production inspection.


任职要求：
Requirement:
1. 本科以上学历，5年以上定制家具行业项目管理经验；
Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of custom furniture project management experience;
2. 普通话和英语流利，能与客户直接沟通；Good command of Mandarin and English, can directly communicate with the customer;
3.熟悉家具及家具材料的生产工艺，能看懂图纸；
Familiar with the production technology of furniture and furniture materials, can understand the drawings;
4. 沟通协调能力强；
Strong communication and coordination ability;
5.能在压力下独立完成大型项目，从营销收据到技术细节确认生产出货全过程；
Can work under pressure and dependently complete the large project from the marketing receipt to technical details confirm the whole process of the production and shipments;
6. 熟悉Word、Excel、PPT、PS等办公软件；
Familiar with office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, PS and so on;
7. 具备一定的外贸出口海运知识，熟悉进出口外贸的基本流程。
Have a certain command of foreign trade export shipping knowledge, familiar with the basic procedures for import and export foreign trade.
8. 遵守公司章程，公司员工手册和公司实时发布、更新的各项规章管理制度。
Comply with company policies, company employee handbook, rules and regulations issued and updated by company in real time.
