SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Aim sales director complet season/yearly distributor channel sales target 协助销售总监完成季度/年度经销商销售指标 SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Prepare sales forecast: work with sales director to create and maintain sales forecast. Rolling 12-month forecast (monthly update); Report during monthly meetings. 做好销售额预测:协助销售总监达到预测的销售额并不断创新销售额。制定12个月的销售额预测(按月更新); 每月例会汇报销售进展。 2.Development and maintenance of customers in sales areas. 指定区域客户的开发和维护; 3.According to sales tasks of company and the department, formulate sales plans and complete various sales indicators. 根据公司及部门销售任务制定销售计划并完成各项销售指标; 4.Analyze existing marketing and customers, tap the potential needs of customers; guide the existing needs of relevant customers and achieve sales targets. 对现有市场和客户进行分析,挖掘客户的潜在需求,引导相关客户的现有需求,达成销售目标; 5.Maintain customer relationship, ensure timely reporting of new products, assist dealers in reporting new products and maintain a good display layout and normal payment. 维护客情关系,保证新品及时提报、协助经销商的新品提报,并保持良好的陈列排面和正常的回款; 6.Collect competitive products information and make corresponding promotion strategies in timely manner. 收集竞品信息,及时做出相应的促销策略; 7.Maintain customer database and enter all distributors in the CRM & ERP system and keep all data relevant. 客户数据库的维护及更新:在CRM及ERP系统中录入经销商的信息,并确保数据库相关性和重要性。 8.Ensure customer payment and assist with logistics. 确保收到客户付款,协助物流配送。 Skill & Competencies 1. 优秀的愿意做营销工作的应届生 Excellent graduate willing to work in marketing 2.
