Accountabilities 1. Design or optimize finished goods package and delivery solution to meet customer requirements and support sales for cost impact analysis and new project quotation 2. Design or optimize logistics solution based on quotation and actual spending for both inbound and outbound shipments 3. Implement global packing and physical flow standard and strategy in BU Asia plants. 4. Lead Value Engineering projects on current suppliers package solution, resulting in cost reduction, logistics, material, quality and improve HSE 5. Prepare and update PFEP and Packaging data sheets 6. Simulation and definition of packaging standards for purchased parts in alignment with other departments (ME, Procurement etc.) 7. Contact for suppliers and customer in case of packaging change and transport concepts 8. Optimize transport cost (Milk runs, consolidations, platforms, etc...) 9. Analyze PC&L relevant KPI’s to identify further saving potentials 10. Create and analyze supplier, customer and service provider Statement of Requirements (SOR) 1. Support plant PC&L team to eliminate customer claim 2. Support plant PC&L to optimize physical flow (external warehouse, internal warehouse, shopfloor) to increase productivity. 3. Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirement Profile Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience: 1. Bachler degree, priority on industrial Engineering 2. At least 5 years’ planning and logistics working experience in automotive industry 3. Fluent oral English and skilled on English reading and writing 4. Willing to arrange business trip if needed
