Responsibilities -- Training & relationship management with fronting partner -- Joint channel (Banks, Brokers) development with fronting partner -- Joint new business development with Partners -- Internal process related to new business -- Build and maintain strong customer relationships -- Liaise with internal Commercial Underwriting for Policy Maintenance and Policy Renewal -- Liaise with internal Risk Team for better communication on Risk Decisions -- Ad-hoc projects as requested by the line manager
The successful candidates should be: -- Bachelor's Degree, 2+ years of working experience preferred -- 1 years of sales experience on financial / insurance industry, banking / insurance cooperation -- Strong networking, negotiation and communication skills with very good argumentation and persuasive power -- Excellent Team work -- Fluent English and Mandarin
