工作职责：
1. Digital Solution Design and Implementation

Responsible for designing comprehensive digital transformation solutions for clients' finance functions, leveraging ERP systems or other OMS system and digital tools to drive automation and intelligence in business processes.

Lead the implementation and optimization of systems, including requirements analysis, system configuration, data migration, user permissions management, and deployment, ensuring the system aligns closely with business needs.

2. business Process Optimization and Innovation

Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' existing business processes to identify opportunities for digital transformation, and design and implement efficient, compliant digital solutions.

Promote the adoption of digital scenarios, intelligent reporting, and budget control, incorporating industry best practices.

3. System Integration and Data Enablement

Oversee the integration of systems with other digital tools to ensure seamless data flow and system collaboration.

Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to provide data-driven insights for business and management teams, supporting optimized decision-making.


任职要求：

1. 对财务数字化转型有深入理解，熟悉ERP软件的业务流程以及业务需求；
2. 沟通能力强，有一定抗压能力，思路清晰，逻辑严谨，有团队合作意识；
3. 本科以上学历，具有5-10年ERP软件项目实施工作经验，计算机、信息管理专业，有财务相关专业优先；
4. 有良好的英语阅读及书写能力
4. 具有开发及调试系统能力 以及操作SQL数据库优先
5. 熟悉Windows，office系统 ；
