Responsibilities 职责:
1.Perform production process inspection according to procedure, instruction drawing, class rules and other quality requirement
依据流程，图纸，船规和其它质量要求文件完成过程质量检验
2.Perform product inspection before delivery according to dispatch requirement
在发货前按要求完成出货检验
3.Record inspection result in template and upload the result to QDMS system
记录检验结果及上传到质量数据管理系统
4.Record non-conformity in ERP and inform responsible person
在ERP系统中记录不符合项并通知相关人员
5.Strictly follow up disciplines of safety and 5S during inspection
在所有的检验过程中严格遵守安全及5S要求
6.Maintain measuring tools according to instruction and keep all tools in good condition
按要求管理验检工具并确保工具处于良好状态
7.Maintain and improve inspection efficiency
持续改进检验效率
8.Other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager
完成主管及经理安排的其它任务
Qualifications 任职要求:
1.Junior professional school or above, major in mechanical manufacturing, electrical engineering or related subject
中专以上学历，机械制造、电气工程或相关专业
2.1 year above experience in dimensional inspection, material inspection, fitting test, visual inspection, function test, etc.
至少一年以上尺寸检验，材料检验，安装测试，目视检查，功能测试相关经验
3.Able to use common measuring tools
能够熟练使用常用检验工具
4.Experience in manufacturing environment seen as an advantage
有生产制造检验者优先
5.Basic English oral and written skills seen as an advantage
基本英语读写者优先
