工作职责：
Responsibilities：
1. 为内部团队提供科学及临床医学专业信息
Provide scientific and clinical medical professional information to internal teams
2. 支持临床工作，包括文件撰写、数据处理、文档管理等
Support clinical work, including document writing, data processing, document management, etc
3. 主导医院大数据库的建设
Leading the construction of a large hospital database
4. 对数据进行统计和应用
Statistics and application of data
5. 负责中、英文文献检索，整理和分析检索结果，撰写检索方案和检索报告
Responsible for Chinese and English literature search, collating and analyzing the search results, and writing the search plan and report
6. 跟踪、整理医院管理相关政策法规，了解法规动态
Follow up and sort out relevant policies and regulations of hospital management, and understand the status of regulations
7. 协助质量安全管理改进项目
Assist in quality and safety management improvement projects
8. 参加政府部门的外部检查，组织协调院内的内部检查
Participate in external inspections of government departments, organize and coordinate internal inspections within the hospital
9. 对院内各项医疗服务指标数据进行监测，以国际评审标准设计内部管理体系
Monitor the data of various medical service indicators in the hospital, and design the internal management system based on international review standards
10. 协助组织不定期的国内外专家病例讨论和每季度的委员会
Assist in organizing irregular case discussions with domestic and foreign experts and quarterly committee meetings
11. 其他质量相关协助工作

岗位要求：
Qualification:
1. 本科学历，医学背景优先
Bachelors degree, medical background preferred
2. 英语流利，普通话流利
English fluency required, Mandarin fluency highly desired
3. 有收集和分析数据的能力；能够研究和准备基础报告
Ability to: Gather and analyze data; also to research and prepare basic reports
4. 有组织能力、灵活、可靠
Organized, flexible, and reliable
5. 有效沟通
Ability to communicate effectively
6. 了解相关政府和当地医院的医疗实践和系统
Knowledge of related government and local hospitals medical practice and systems
7. 具有较强的excel和PPT能力
Strong skill on excel and PPT
