职位描述
Key responsibilities as follow:

---Accounting support:
Responsible for reimbursement, public transfer according to company internal policy;
Responsible for capital, office expenses and foreign exchange declaration according to related requirement;
Ensure the completion of detailed journal and required internal & external reports;
Prepare monthly budget and keep a close eye on all accounts balance;
Responsible for taxation affairs: issuing invoice, VAT invoice verification, tax calculation and declaration etc. and receipt management;
Assist to organize and bind financial documents and other financial filling;
Assist to deal with annual audit, final settlement, annual inspection and other required external filing;
Reply to the consultation and provide the relevant information and data;

---HR support:
Assist in position posting, initial CV filter, interview arrangement;
Assist on new staff on-boarding, off-board employee and other HR related matters;
Responsible for personal data collection and file management;
Assist in organizing office team building;
Handle visa / invitation etc. related docs issuing;

---Office administrative support:
Ensure daily office / pantry supplies, office maintenance;
Ensure related external communication for outsourcing service, e.g. cleaning service, IT service, office property etc.
Assist to arrange meetings according to requirement;
Assist to scan / copy / express / translate documents;
Any other responsibility when assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, degree in Economic, Finance, Accounting, etc.;
Related working experience is preferred;
Ability to work independently and under pressure;
Detail-oriented and high sense of responsibility;
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Performance:
All above will be mainly evaluated in mid or end of year, by whether it is in a timely, accurate, complete manner.
