Handles orders follow-up for a group of suppliers from selection confirmation until delivery, anticipating and solving issues within deadlines, in line with Homelife processes. Main Job responsibilities: 1. Makes sure each step of the path is done within deadline throughout a detailed common order tracking. 2. Maintains an accurate follow-up table at all time 3. Anticipates problems, comes forward with solutions (including challenging the suppliers). 4. Cooperation with QA team to get all test pass. 5. Visits factories whenever necessary to check on production and build-up the relationship with key people on the production floor. 6. Organizes shipments with logistics teams to ensure on time delivery to countries, checks the accuracy of supplier’s export documents. 7. Handle complaints and after sales service. 8. Maintain high service levels and improve overall service processes and quality. 9. Organizes weekly meetings with own team. 10. Training and organize assistant daily work. 11. Handle other jobs assigned by team leader. Product: Indoor furniture / Outdoor furniture / Camping.
Requirements: -Knowledge of international trade(European or Australia market is a plus) -5+ year working experience in international trade -Good command in Microsoft Office., especially Excel skills -Fluent English both in spoken & written -Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle correspondences independently -Open-minded - Rigorous - Organization and planning ability - Passion for the product - Self-confidence - Humility -Polyvalence -High sense of responsibility, self-motivated -Ability to work under pressure -Excellent team work
