岗位职责：
1. 奢侈品零售商铺的设计与绘图工作
2. 空间规划，设计开发，材料选择和推荐
3. 编制投标图纸和施工图
4. 主导与业主和承包商的设计会议
5. 合同管理以及日常的沟通和报道工作

任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，室内设计、建筑或其他相关专业
2. 熟练使用Revit及AutoCAD（熟悉Sketchup, V-Ray和Photoshop更佳）
3. 3-5年零售商铺设计绘图经验，经验不足者可考虑担任助理设计师
4. 良好的团队合作精神和与承包商沟通的经验
5. 良好的文档和报告能力
6. 工作语言：普通话；英语会读写，会看英语图纸及绘图

Job Description:
1. Interior design to retail store
2. Spatial planning, design development, materials selection and recommendation
3. Prepare tender drawings and construction package
4. Lead design meetings with client and contractors
5. Contract administrative works and day-to-day communication and reporting works

Job Requirement:
1. College degree or above, major in Interior Design, Architecture or other related discipline
2. Good in Revit & AutoCAD (Familiar with Sketchup, V-Ray and Photoshop is better)
3. Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in retail store interior projects. Candidate with less experience will be considered as assistant architect
4. Good team spirit and experience in liaising with contractors
5. Good in documentation and reporting
6. Working language: Mandarin. English reading & writing. Able to handle English drawings
