采购员在采购经理的领导下，负责本公司所有物资的国内外采购事务。
Under the leadership of purchasing manager, be in charge of all the domestic and foreign materials purchasing.
职责范围Scope of responsibilities
1、负责国内、国外备品备件的采购计划编制，安排采购订单的发放和跟踪达成。
Responsible to make the purchasing plan for domestic and foreign spare parts and equipment, release the orders and follow up suppliers’ delivery.
2、和质量部门一起负责供应商的评审、绩效考核及管理；
Supplier management: supplier audit with quality department, performance evaluation and amelioration;
3、负责主导国产化的所有工作（询价、定点、样件到货跟踪）和法国总部进行定期的月度国产化进度汇报
Lead the localization (RFQ, nomination, sample delivery), review the localization schedule and progress with HQ.
4、能够较快的熟悉、使用公司内部的MP系统的采购相关模块
Be familiar with sourcing and purchasing procedure, quick learner (can use Bontaz MP system as daily working tool)
5、可以按照公司现有的规则，完成发票的整理和和核对，并及时提交给财务部
Payment application according to finance requirements.
6、完成采购资料（采购申请单、入库单、合同）档案的收集、整理、归档；
Collection and documentation of purchasing papers (contract, order, BL etc)
7、完成领导交办的其他工作，做好其它部门的协助工作。
Other task assigned by purchasing manager, support requirements from other departments.
任用资格Competence
良好的英语听说读写能力和沟通能力
Good oral and written English and communication skill
法语流利优先，熟悉办公自动化，有良好的团队合作精神。
Fluent in French will be preferred, familiar with MS office.
工作积极主动、认真负责，为人诚实守信、有良好的职业道德；
Active, reliable, conscientious and professional ;
具有一定的信息收集能力，有成本意识，良好的沟通能力和执行能力；
Cost sensible, good communicator;
大专以上学历，2年以上的汽车行业的采购经验，熟悉采购流程；
College degree or above, more than 2 years’ working experience in automotive, be familiar with the procurement process
