Main responsibility:
1 Generate, implement and act according to the defined sourcing strategy
2 Monitor electronics components supply markets and interpret market intelligence
3 Lead the supplier selection based on benchmark process
4 Manage negotiations and contracts for EMS suppliers within Division
5 Lead supplier performance (score card) follow up
6 Continuously update and manage sourcing information in Savings Tracker, ERP, and other company system according to policies and procedures
7 Support the sourcing team with various tasks
8 Coordinate and represent sourcing in R&D and VAVE projects
9 Be the link between supplier and R&D/Engineering
10 Sourcing responsible of new product introduction and existing product changes until sample approval
11 Evaluation of supplier's capability and other important parameters

Job requirement:
1 Education: Bachelor Degree or above;
2 Work Experience: 8+years Supply chain experience in EMS or Electronics Industry, rich experience on electronics and PCBA sourcing;
3 Skill and Knowledge: Project management skills, strong communication and negotiation skill, fluent in English
4 Team player, self-motivated, independent and structured with attention to details
