项目设计管理


1. In charge of the architectural design and comply with the national design code
主管工程的设计、施工技术工作，认真贯彻执行国家的相关设计规范，对主管工程的设计质量负技术责任。
2. Organize the conceptual design and detail design in line with the relevant national design code, policy, and meet the request of the project and realistic condition.
国家有关设计法律法规、设计规范标准、项目要求及实地勘察结果，组织进行方案设计及施工图深化设计。
3. Close cooperate with relevant departments of the company. Make sure the positive design effect and optimization as well.
方案设计过程中与公司相关部门紧密合作，在考虑设计效果的同时，确保方案设计优化务实。
4. Be responsible to the investigation on design documents and design drawings. In charge of the technical hand- over.
负责主管工程设计文件、设计图纸的审核工作，根据工程施工条件，决定工程图设计，并负责施工技术交底。




Pre-requisites:
要求


1. Architectural engineering education background, Bachelor or Master
建筑等相关专业，学士或硕士;
2. Minimal 5 years’ working experience in design institute, international project’s background is preferred
5年以上设计院的工作经验，曾参与过国际性工程项目（工业自动化厂房）者优先;
3. Solid art skills, can independently design and draft drawings.
具有扎实的美术功底和设计能力，能独立完成设计方案和施工图；
4. Has capabilities to use BIM applications to reach to LOD 200
利用BIM软件完成LOD 200精度的建模
5. Be familiar with Architect Laws and Policies, and design codes
了解建筑相关法律法规及技术规范;
6. Good application kills on drawing software and hand sketch;
具备软件绘图制图能力及手绘能力
7. Good at communication
良好的沟通能力
8. Fluent Chinese, good English knowledge both in oral and written
流利的中文，英语说写能力佳
9. Diligent, independent working ability and creativity
具独立工作能力，勤奋并有创新意识
10. Relevant qualification certificates in related principles are appreciated but not required
(Registered Consulting Engineer)

持相关专业资格证书者尤佳，但不是必须（注册咨询工程师）
