? Experience in managing delivery teams in digital product environments, using agile and scaled agile models / structures (and identifying when and how to use different approaches).
? Has experience working with OKRs as a framework to measure success of Squads, within a Product environment
? Good knowledge of agile methodology and practices (Scrum, Kanban), ideally, including effective scaled agile frameworks and ways of working
? Good planning and organisational skills within a fast paced and changing environment with multiple dependencies
? Good analytical skills and methodical approach to problem solving
