PAM L2 service requirement: PAM Administration o Work and support for Onboarding and off boarding of servers/application (including removal/clean-up of prior privilege access mechanism where required) o User provisioning and role/access maintenance Coordination between Userbase (e.g., Application owners/SME) & Wallix o For admin as above o Troubleshooting access issues/PAM Application issues o Incident/Change Management for PAM o Coordination/triaging with L3 team in break glass situation/support (break glass is in scope of “L3 Support team”) Coordination with application user on testing and application clean up. SoX Compliance/ System Audit report generation for all application Onboarded in Wallix. Good-to-Have ? Good written and verbal communication. ? Experience in dealing with customers directly and work in a global delivery model.
