JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative DEPARTMENT: Customer Service Asia, Textile REPORTS TO: Asia CSR Manager
SUMMARY: Provides customer service to domestic and international customers and general administrative support to the International Sales Team.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. 2~4 years work experience in customer service or sales support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Order Management of all incoming orders for Chinese and selected international brands (order processing, setting up of shipments, after sales support include complaints handling). 2. New customer onboarding and data processing in English and Mandarin in company system SAP. 3. Provide general administrative sales support to Sales Group, performing a wide variety of tasks including price quotes, sample swatch request, lab dip processing for customized colors and many more. 4. Deal with customers directly in absence of salesperson with regard to work in process. 5. Interface effectively with internal departments to obtain/research information about customer queries, orders, etc. 6. Filing, report generation, tracking paperwork, etc. 7. Support credit and finance team on customer payment and document etc. 8. Performs other related duties as required or directed. 9. Other assigned work from time to time
OTHER FUNCTIONS/SKILLS: 1. Strong Customer Service orientation; able to interface effectively with customers and internal department personnel. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. 3. SAP knowledge if possible 4. Basic knowledge of international trade is a plus 5. Good spoken English and writing. 6. Reliable and ready to take ownership of issue to be resolved in best interest of both customer and Polartec 7. Level headed approach to stressful situations. 8. Korean-speaking is preferred
