- Idenify customer and production Quality constraints, suggest ways to improve after a thorough - - analysis of mass production Quality problems - Draw up the Quality section of the project requirements file and the Quality Plan. - Ensure all customer requirements are included &addressed. - Ensure that functional analysis and DFMEA are performed. - Participate in drawing reviews and mock-up analysis, giving Quality’s points of view. - Check that Quality aspects are included by R&D in the detailed product design. - Ensure that analyses are performed (Product and Process FMEA, DOE, etc.) - Participate in design reviews. Ensure that prototypes are validated by Quality Function and the C/A resulting from FMEA are implemented. - Check that the Quality Plan is complied with and trigger any necessary C/As. - Validate the Control Plan. - Coordinate the production and presentation of Initial samples, attend customer qualification tests and in-house full production day run, and draw up the customer Initial samples file. - Ensure that Quality problems occurring in pre-production or at the SOP are dealt with. - Perfom product and process audits and qualify them. - Draw up recommendations for improvement for future projects.
Customer Quality - A contact with the customer regarding initial samples, joint product defect appraisal, process audits, complaints, etc. - Provide the required technical assistance at the customer plants. - Implement the appropriate action plans on 0km and Warranty issues etc.
Qualifications: - At least 7 years of experience in new project quality (Automotive Business will be appreciated), Electronic background. Familiar with APQP and PPAP, and analysis tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA. - Familiar with electronic products qualification tests - Can work under press
