1.degree in Mechanical / Electrical /Mechanical – Electrical Integration/
NC机械/电气/机电一体化/数控专业
Experience
2.More than 3 years maintenance experience in CNC machine.
3年以上数控机床维修经验
3.Knowledge and experience in siemens and Fanac system, and robots.
熟悉siemens和Fanac系统，PLC在机器人方面有知识和经验。
4.Solid knowledge on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic principles, the adjustment and optimization of process parameters of equipment related.
扎实的机械、电气、液压原理知识，熟悉设备相关工艺参数的调整和优化。
5.Able to create working structure, system for PM and spare parts.
能够创建PM和备件的工作结构，系统。
6.Able to create mechanical and electrical drawing and can read European standard drawings.
能绘制机械和电气图纸，能看懂欧洲标准图纸。
7.Strong analytical skill for troubleshooting, problem root cause analysis and determining corrective action.
较强的故障分析能力，分析问题的根本原因并确定纠正措施

工作职责 Responsibility:
1.Executes all maintenance activity (preventive and corrective) in order to optimize production within safety requirements.
执行所有的维护活动(预防和纠正)，以优化生产在安全要求。
2.Minimize machine downtime and ensuring proper operating condition of the machines.
减少机器停机时间，确保机器正常运行。
3.Machine repairs including coordination with outside resources as needed (corrects equipment stoppage/mechanical breakdown, troubleshoots, repairs/replaces worn/defective parts, motors, control devices, etc.) Reduce machine’s shutdown time.
机器维修包括必要时与外部资源的协调(纠正设备停机/机械故障，故障排除，维修/更换磨损/有缺陷的部件，电机，控制设备等)减少机器停机时间。
4.Makes recommendations and initiate continuous improvement maintenance actions
提出建议并采取持续改进维护措施
5.Perform / supervises installation, start-up and tryouts of all new manufacturing and plant equipment and systems
执行/监督所有新生产设备和系统的安装、启动和试运行
6.Make and maintain work instruction and relevant documents.
制定和维护作业指导书和相关文件。
7．Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (Eamic) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment
