The Role:
1. Set up overall instrumentation and electrical and control related component design guideline for turbo compressors and expansion turbines.
2. Execute design review.
3. Check or approve the technical specification or necessary drawings for manufacturing.
4. Find long term technical solutions to lessons learned
5. Communicate with all other departments for general technical issues to secure best technical solution
6. Provide specific and sustainable technical training to all engineers for improvement of engineering competence.
7. Address direction of Localization, standardization and continuous engineering optimization.
8. Coordination with senior engineer team at each entity of Gas and Process Division to align the products.
9. Participate at customer meeting and supplier meeting if necessary.
10. Good execution at order handling in design, scheduling , quality and cost

What we expect of you?
1. University degree or above, majored in automation/electrical engineering
2. More than 5 years experience within a multinational or well reputed company in detailed engineering.
3. Comprehensive technical knowledge about design, packaging, quality and operation procedures of tailor made machines, ideally about integrally geared centrifugal compressor. Sounded knowledge in thermodynamics and aerodynamics are strongly preferred.
4. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
5. Good computer skills including Microsoft skills, Lotus Notes and SAP.
6. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
7. Occasional travelling
