1. Take on project-based instrumentation engineering responsibilities and support project managers to complete engineering designs within budget and schedule.；
承担项目中仪表系统工程的设计工作, 同时协助项目团队按照计划和预算完成项目 ；

2. Design and select instruments/equipment e.g. control valves used for high temperature exhaust, chemical and industrial wastewater facilities in process industries;
针对不同环保领域（高温废料处理，化工和工业废水处理等）选择正确的仪表和阀门系统 ；

3. Produce standard documentations of instrumentation and control according to SH/HG/IEC standard, such as instruments and valve data sheet, index, instruments hook up diagram, loop diagram, instruments earth diagram etc. ；
制作符合石化、化工和国际标准的电仪系统过程文件，例如 仪表数据表，索引表，仪表安装图，仪表系统回路图，仪表系统接地图等 ；

4.Use codes, standards and practice applicable to the design and installation of instruments (e.g. API, ISA, ANSI, AGA, ISO, IEC codes etc.) and control valves;
熟悉仪表设计和安装中的常用标准（例如： API.ISA,ANSI,AGO,ISO,IEC 等） ；

5.Engage client and vendors on technical discussions and clarifications, produce work packages for procurement, fabrication and installation;
具备和客户的沟通能力，以及管理分包商的能力, 并给采购部门准备采购以及询价所需要的文件 ；

6.Perform site supervision and commissioning work, trouble shoot instrument faults.
仪表现场安装指导和调试工作，以及故障排除。

Requirements 职位要求
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, control and instrumentation engineering or mechanical/chemical engineering with special instrumentation course or similar background;
教育：本科或以上学历，电仪等相关专业；

Working Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a project environment in the environmental technology, chemical, or energy related industries;
工作经验：3年以上环境技术、化工或能源相关行业工作经验；

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

1.Good knowledge in both *** and international codes, standards and regulations;
熟悉国内和国际规范、标准和法规；
2.Experience in vendor engagement and technical evaluation;

3.Good client management and communication skills;
